UK REDEMPTION INDIVIDUALS

As set out in the Participation Terms, please note that investors do not have a legal claim to Oikocredit's redemption of participations. Redemptions of participations are always at Oikocredit’s discretion. If Oikocredit decides to approve the redemption request, the funds shall be applied as indicated above in section 2 (Request details) in accordance with and within the period as indicated in article 8 of the participation terms.

4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

a) Upload of certified ID:

  • A certified colour copy (both sides) of the current ID or, current passport or, driving licence (both sides).
  • For joint accounts, a certified colour copy of the current passport or, current ID (both sides) or, driving licence (both sides) of both account holders.

A certified copy of an Government issued ID is a colour copy of either a passport (valid at least 6 months), ID Card or photocard driving licence (front and reverse). Please visit the following website on how to certify a document: www.gov.uk/certifying-a-document

b) Proof of bank account ownership:

  • Copy of a bank statement or copy of the digital bank statement (showing name and IBAN account number) or;
  • Copy of the bank's confirmation in response to the person's request to open a bank account with the bank account number shown on the Personal Information form.

The document should be current and no older than 3 months.

If your bank account has an additional coholder, the certified ID of the coholder must be also submitted meeting above criteria.

If you or the joint account holder are unable to provide the TIN, please attach proof of the nationality of another country, certificate of loss of U.S. citizenship, or provide a reasonable explanation of why you or the joint account holder do not have such a certificate despite renouncing U.S. citizenship or the reason you or the joint account holder did not obtain U.S. citizenship at birth.
